OS: 10.6.9 Snow Leopard CPU: 2,4 GHz Intel Dual Core RAM: 4GB Video: 256MB shared ram (nvidia gpu) res: 1280x800 MacBook from 2008 (!!)
Surprisingly enough the game runs on my old potato computer. I did not expect that. Well done, person responsible for the mac coding. I have to turn off shadows and that other thing below shadows and I get a solid 20 - 25 fps on most levels which is fine for me, since I didn't expect much considering the low specs of my pc. In levels with a lot of NPCs the framerate drops dramatically to about 3fps until most NPCs are killed. So for the record I'd say this game isn't playable on my setup, but there's no stopping me (muhahaha!). The most important info is that the game runs on 10.6.9 since many mac-ported games require at least 10.7.
Edit: The lag is caused by using too many blocks, not the NPCs. Since a lot of people have the same issue even on better builds and the fact that the lag can be fixed easily by switching to slow motion for a while I'd say the game is playable with my specs.

I don't understand where the hell you people are finding a mac version, even though several websites claim one does exist, I haven't been able to get it to install onto the mac side of Steam, nor is there any beta option for a mac version, maybe I'm missing something?
Anyway, it works fine on Parallels, except it won't recognise a right click so I can't rotate the camera, which is a bit of a nightmare since I'm solving puzzles by building machines from one point of view (still pretty fun though!?)
OS 10.9.3 2.3 GHz i7 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 Nvidia GeForce GT 650M 512 MB (Macbook Pro 9,1)
EDIT: Ah, I see, it's not available on Steam yet, got confused by Humble Bundle telling me it was.

Hi johndinner and welcome to the forums, You are able to buy the game from their website: www.besiege.spiderlinggames.co.uk (about the middle of the page) It's a humble bundle widget. You are also able to buy it via the humble bundle store page. However it's not on steam as of yet, they are working as quickly as possible to get it on steam. The humble bundle version are direct downloads, with a steam key as well)

Hey, This game is awesome. I have had almost no issues running it on a 3 year old MacBook Air (Mid-2012 model), though the laptop trackpad is not ideal for playing. The only problem I have encountered is going from full-screen to windowed and back to full-screen. I lose the outside borders of the game screen, and it seems to stay that way until I re-launch the game. Otherwise no problems. Can't wait to see how this game develops!

OS X 10.8.5 2.5GHz Intel Core i5 12GB 1333 MHz DDR3 AMD Radeon HD 6750M 512MB iMac12,1 : 21.5" mid-2011
Max Resolution and max performance enabled, and is smooth as butter. Overall is fairly resource light, using only one core.
Max high I've recorded was 135% core power out of 400%. So, about 1 1/3 of my processor. It has not yet exceeded 1GB RAM, uses ~600MB usually.
I've noticed a few small bugs, but I don't know if they're Mac specific. For instance, when saving a build, anything I type triggers any hot keys for the game. So, if I have a space in the name of the save file, the simulation starts. Or when I'm mapping keys for blocks, the same happens, like, mapping 'X' results in a block getting deleted if I'm hovering over one.
Other than that, I'm overall very impressed with how relatively bug-free and high performance it is, especially for being so early in development. Great job guys! Haven't stopped playing for 3 days, as soon as I get home from work.

Well, since the license seems to persist on another device, I ran it on my old macbook to provide support.
MBP Mid 2010, with 4GB ram and an Nvidia GeForce 320M 256 MB @ 1280*800
it runs surprisingly good! It's working completely smooth with "reasonable" machines, only gets weird with a lot of blocks or 8 separated aircrafts (each 1 bomb + 2 propellers), probably computing the flight takes resources.
