OS Version : 10.10.2
CPU Specs / Name: MacBook Pro Retina -- Mid 2014
Ram Specs: 16GB 1600MHz DDR3
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2048MB
Right now it has 19 threads open in the background, consuming 1.2% of the cpu according to activity monitor.
So far it runs pretty well. Only 2 complaints I have: 1.) There are no hot keys to switch between component types... it'd be cool if you could hot key them so you could:
cmd + 1 <-- Weapons cmd + 2 <-- Shields cmd + 3 <-- Mechanical cmd + 4 <-- Basic
and/or
cmd + ] <- cycle through menus right cmd + [ <- cycle through menus left
2.) A way to build parts independently and then connect them before game start rather than having to build everything from a single point.
But the real reason I'm here right now is because I accidentally hit a key command and all the menus disappeared- similar to if you were to hit f1 in minecraft.

iMac, Late 2013 OS X 10.10.2 2.7GHz Intel Core i5 8GB 1600 MhZ DDR3 Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB
I am running Windows 7 on Parallels and the game runs smooth but at this point is unplayable because I can't rotate the screen. I have a magic mouse and try right clicking then dragging, but it does not do anything. Not sure if I am the only one having this problem. Otherwise great looking game!!

I have just purchased the Alpha from Humble Bundle and I am unable to get the game to work on either of my macs; neither my late 2009 iMac 27" or my mid 2012 13" Macbook Pro. Both are running up to date versions of OS X (10.10.2)
The iMac specs are as follows: Processor: 3.06 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Memory: 16 GB 1067 MHz DDR3 Graphics: ATI Radeon HD 4670 256MB
The Macbook Pro specs are as follows: Processor: 2.5GHz Intel Core i5 Memory: 8GB 1600 MHz DDR3 Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4000 1024 MB
Not sure what if anything that I'm doing wrong, but I get no joy at all from the game--it briefly opens a window, the entire screen goes to black, and then I get the problem report window, stating that "Besiege quit unexpectedly."
I have sent both error reports to Humble Bundle's support team and they have responded promptly but with no suggestions other than that I try posting here. If you like I can post or message the text of my error reports from both computers.
Thanks, and I hope to get this fun looking app running asap!

I'm sad to hear you're having issues. I assume you are right clicking, and rotating/moving your mouse. This should rotate the camera in the direction you move your mouse. You can also use the w,a,s,d, keys to pan up (w), pan left (a), pan back (s), pan right (d). The middle click/command key will "focus on an object/select rotation point for camera/(also focuses camera for people using DOF)" - quoted from Praesumo If you are having issues, I would kindly ask you to head over to the bug thread. Where hopefully the issue will be resolved

OSX 10.9.5
2.5 GHz Intel Core i5
4GB 2600 MHz DDR3
Typical MacBook Pro (Around 3 years old)
The game is amazing and I had a lot of fun with it. Unfortunately after around 20(ish) minutes of fullscreen play, my computer crashes and I have to completely restart the computer several times while the screen displays a flashing folder with a question mark. I have no crash or bug report because it crashes every time.

Mac Pro 1,1 OS Version: 10.7.5, limited by Boot EFI Processor 2 x 2.66 GHz Dual-Core Intel Xeon FSB 1.3Ghz Memory 32 GB 667 MHz DDR2 FB-DIMM Graphics ATI Radeon HD 5770 1024 MB HDD: WD Velociraptor 10K RPM 150GB Ver 1
Game Screen Resolution: 1920x1080 with all settings maxed 50 Parts= 60-45 FPS 160 Parts= 20-15 FPS 230+ Parts= 3 FPS (min)
love the game, it runs great! I would love an option to set sound levels for both music and background levels. Symmetry Tool and Copy and Paste would also be nice. You may already be working on these things. Thanks Dan

MacBook Pro Early 2011 2.3 GHz Intel Core i5 16 GB 1333 Mhz DDR3 Intel Hd Graphics 3000 512 MB Runs great for the most part. As I continue to tweak my machines, I do see the performance suffer as I get past 125+ blocks. Especially when these are machinery blocks (springs, suspension, etc). Love the game, but would also love a way to load / build more huge complex machines without seeing performance suffer. Will continue to play regardless!! (attached car is example of machine that starts to get a little laggy, especially on busier levels. CAR 8.bsg (14.79 KB)

Just a note for the Mac version of the game: as a Mac user, I am very accustomed to using the Command key instead of the Control key as my primary modifier key. It would be nice to be able to use Command-Z and Shift-Command-Z, which is the convention on Mac, instead of Control-Z and Control-Y, which I know is the convention on Windows.
In general, a feature I would love is customizability of the actual game-wide key mapping. The key mapping system for the machines is great, but I would like to able to customize the keys I use for camera pan, rotate/flip parts, delete parts, etc.
