Hi Guys!
Let us just start by saying WOW, thank you all so much for your support of Besiege, its been truly overwhelming.
Thank you to all those who have helped fund the development of Besiege by purchasing the Alpha. Thank you to all of you who helped get us Greenlit with shocking speed. Thank you to Youtubers, Streamers & Members of the press who have given us huge exposure to gamers worldwide!.
THANK YOU TO EVERYONE!
The response we’ve received from people is astonishing, so many positive reviews and so many insane contraptions. We’ve seen machines from the humblest of cars to most fearsome of huge mega-walkers, to spectacular flying machines to Trojan Horses & huge Knights atop their wooden steeds.
So today we have two exciting things for you!
Firstly something people have been screaming for since we first released the Alpha, STEAM. Besiege is now available to purchase on steam!
Unfortunately the current Steam release does not support Mac or Linux versions of the game, we’re really sorry about this but we’re working hard on getting them supported!
For those of you that have already purchased the Alpha from our website you will be able to claim your free Steam Keys in a couple of days! We will post a guide on how to do this!
Second, V0.02!
We’ve managed to add a few new blocks for you to play around with, as well as bug fixes and changes we’ve made based on feedback and watching people play the game.
So without further ado here is the change log:
