Black screen and Music on startup

When I start the game I get a black screen with the music playing. I have to ctr + alt + delete to close the game. I bought the game on Steam. Output_log attached.

Things I have Tried
-restarting computer
-deleting and re-downloading local content
-updating drivers
-running the game in admin mode
-setting different resolutions in registry values (I dont see a config.txt)
-toggling full screen on/off in registry values

I want some help fixing it since none of the suggested solutions have worked.

Config.txt (198 B)The config.txt should be located in the Besiege_Data folder, I think this will superceed the registry so that may be why it still isn't working.

If there isn't a config file in there you could try the one I've attached.
