Creative Creation Competition! #1 (Closed, Voting Open!)

Hopefully every month or two I will post a competition. You must use your creativity to create (hehehe) a war machine. Each comp will have a theme that your creation must reflect. So, without more rambling, let me begin.
Theme
Death.
Death can be a serious topic. However there is a certain pleasure to be gained from slaughtering countless little videogame characters. So, for this comp make something that is lethal. The more it can kill the better. Bonus points if it is funny.
Rules
Ah yes, the rules. Most of these are obvious but if something doesn't make sense feel free to ask.
1. No cheating. Please don't use someone else's creation... If you think someone is using yours then say so and the offending entry will be not counted. Having said that, you can utilise ideas and methods, eg a chaos engine or steering system.
2. Not Safe For Work. NSFW entries are allowed but please hide them in some way (spoiler or external link or whatever) and say that the entry is NSFW.
3. For your entry to be valid it must have a way to download the entry that is free for all to use and it must have an image of the build. Any format is fine. Lastly it needs to have a name.
Entering and Judging
To enter you need to post a valid entry, see rules, in this thread, within a week of this being posted.
After a week no more entries will be accepted. Next I will post a poll with all the qualifying entries, sorted randomly, and then the everyone will vote on their favorite designs. After another week the poll will be closed and I will reveal the winner.
Prizes
Ah, well, because of the nature of the game I can't give you a game item, nor can I give you any real life thing. So for now there are no prizes beyond bragging rights.
I am happy to say that someone has contacted me saying that they are willing to donate.
Current Prizes:
One copy of the game (donator wishes to remain unknown)
Another copy of the game (Donator thegoldcrayon)
But... if someone wants to donate a prize then they are more than welcome to do so. Can be for first second or third or anything else. PM me and I'll stick it in this list.
Even if you are not going to enter signal boosts are welcome in all forms.
So, make an entry that is lethal, post it here and be in the running to win fantastic ludrum dare style prizes!
