Update the front page: not everyone even checks the forum, and it looks crude to have your front page out of date.
I would also suggest posting more things to the devlog, too: it looks very classical indie right now.
Obviously things like, oh I don't know, making the game take priority but small updates on what's being worked on keep the interest to the game up even outside releases.
