Does this happen every time? Or is it when you are trying to overwrite another file?
Can you also supply us with this information:
Operating System
System Specs
Game Version
Steps to reproduce bug or what you were doing when the bug occurred
the output_log.txt, it is located in Besiege/Besiege_Data

I'd advise you to try running the game in admin mode.
This issue may be related to v0.04 it may be a by-product of fixing other .bsg bugs.
I'll be passing it onto the devs, and as above, the output_log might prove useful
