No matter what I try, when ever I build a vehicle in sandbox, the wheels on the right side face forward, like normal. However, the wheels on the left side face backwards, so I end up just spinning in circles. Is this a bug, or is there a way to fix it (I've tried using "R")

Are you perhaps building your creations sideways ? Forwards in the sandbox is towards the green ramp from the standard location, maybe that's not entirely obvious. Also, to fix those wheels you can "flip" them with "F"  |

Yeah, button "f" will change the direction of rotation.

Actually such behavior is pretty confusing. There shall be an option, smth like "absolute/relative controls" My post with same issue. |
