Your save files are located here: [Besiege Main Directory]\Besiege_Data\SavedMachine Although an easy way to reach these files is by going in game, pressing the load file tab (on the top bar, besides the save button), then underneath the "Load machine" there is the file location, click on that, and it should open a new window which contains all your saves. Drag the downloaded file, close the window, close the load machine tab (by clicking away from your saved machines) then reopen the 'load' tab and you downloaded machine should be there! If you have the game on Steam, your directory path to get to the save folder for the machines is something like:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Besiege\Besiege_Data\SavedMachines
Put a shortcut to that folder on your desktop and it'll be easy to access it to add more creations.
