Would work like color picker in photoshop. but instead of colors it will select that block for you to place where you want to build it So in Besiege you hover over a block and you can press `X` to delete it. Now it would instead just select the same type of block and you dont have to go through the menu select it there. This will make building much more intuitive when building larger designs. Or really any design Suggestion number 2 make a camera anchor so if i line the camera up with my creation in a nice 3rd perspective from behind I should be able to ctrl-shift-1 for example and bind a camera that parents to the starting block and when i later play i can select that camera angle and drive my vehicle with more ease Much thanks for the awesome game /TWL

Firstly, Welcome to the forums TWL! I must say this is a very ingenuitive idea! Would allow for efficient building so you don't have to go through different tabs trying to find the block that you may have already placed!

By "camera anchor" do you mean that the camera should rotate with the vehicle? You can already focus on specific blocks with middle click otherwise.

Thanks for the interests, yes thats the idea with the block picker Suburbansb yeah I just got to know about this game and I just want to help the developers make it the best it can be Another idea is to make a ''pro'' version of the key mapper function (so this is a option because peoples preference of working, a togglable checkbox somewhere in options) you select the key mapper tool then to select blocks you hover the mouse over them the window comes up at the edge of the screen not blocking the rest of creation. Now the first button you press on your keyboard will be the assigned button. if there is 2 options like forward and reverse for example the first key will assign 1 and second key stroke will assign number 2 (left to right) press tab and assign number value for tune settings like speed etc This is the quickest way i can think of this working. you hover over the block press a key, then move mouse to next one assign key. The tool should also remember the last setup for a particular block so you can always hover over a tool and ctrl-v and it will recieve the last blocks settings. Zeblote good question! I was not clear enough explaining that I want this for when im piloting the creation in simulation mode (when you play). So right now when you play the game, the camera will not rotate along with your vehicle and while that is good sometimes, i have felt that its gets awkward controlling my vehicle and then making sure im also looking straight ahead with the mouse. Maybe it doesnt have to be so advance as I detailed in my post, maybe just have some key toggle between lock it and normal (the way the camera behaves now). What do you think? Cheers!
