Problem:Many people seem to miss the time dilation feature, probably because it's not very obvious. This is too bad, because it's a very awesome and essential feature of the game.
Solution: When FPS drops to <20, the time dilation slider should turn red or start beeping or do something to draw attention to it, at least when tooltips are turned on.
