Having read most of the big suggestion list, I haven't seen any kind of magic suggestions, so here's a few:
- Magic tank // Source of magic. while magic is powerful it should have a limit, thought this would help nerf it a bit - also when hit by arrow, it could break and set fire to the machine
- Force cannon // Medium magic usage. put anything that fits into it and press <key> to shoot with high speed
- Magic cannon // Low magic usage. Hold <key> and it keeps shooting small bullets that "infect" soldiers for a few seconds and then they either turn into a small puddle or create a small explosion
- Magic Mortar // High magic usage. Shoots a huge ball of unstable magic that slowly reach its target(s) in a curved trajectory, and creates a huge explosion with big radius.
The Mortar "ball o' magic" has low effect on building but is highly effective on humans, this "nerf" makes sure that the catapult with bomb stays in the game
- Magic Hose // Low magic usage. When hold <key> down, the hose shoots out a stream of magic that turns humans into a puddle
- Magic generator // Creates magic. Slowly creates magic so if you've been sieging for a long time, fire that mortar once again

- Tesla Tower // Medium magic usage. Charges up and strikes nearby enemy with lightning that also hit nearby enemies, when the target is hit, his body alternates white with some kind of x-ray mode
and turns him into dust
- Rail gun // High magic usage. Shoots a "laser" that penetrates enemies and sets them on fire or directly turns them into dust, hold <key> to charge for 2 secs, when discharged, it reloads for 6 secs.

I imagine these magic items could have a purple theme on the magic with glass/black metal to hold the magic and maybe some details on the weapons, showing the magic flowing trough them.
The magic could also have some particle effects where the bullets/balls has particles flying out and the magic fluid could be dripping from the hose end or the stream itself.
I encourage you to come up with more magic items or "edit" my suggestions
Beyond this magic theme I would also suggest (they probably already have been):
- A rotating block that tries to rotate in the direction of the user's mouse instead of using <keys> (direction that tries to face mouse position is indicated with an arrow on the block).
- Reinforced wood That is still vulnerable to burning but is a bit more durable.
- Auto bow with limited arrow supply that shoots where the mouse aims.
- Auto crossbow with limited bolts, shoots further and harder than bow but reloads slower.
- Suspension attached with click and drag like contractable spring. (Also the existing suspension needs animation, but you probably know that )
- Axes, morningstars and maybe hammers.
- Shift + click selection for example. When selecting multiple wheel you can set properties for all
