1. Double click on an item to apply last settings, if applicable. Say, you have 10 wheels on one side and you want to change their speed to 0.5? Change one's parameters with the tool then double click the rest with it. If different parameters are present, only similar ones should apply (like key bindings)
2. The "info" window with block settings that appears if you click on a block with the tool should change if another block is selected. Currently you have to manually close it with X and it's a real pain
