1. Double click on an item to apply last settings, if applicable. Say, you have 10 wheels on one side and you want to change their speed to 0.5? Change one's parameters with the tool then double click the rest with it. If different parameters are present, only similar ones should apply (like key bindings) 2. The "info" window with block settings that appears if you click on a block with the tool should change if another block is selected. Currently you have to manually close it with X and it's a real pain

Agreed! It bothers me that I have to manually change everything if I'm placing a lot of parts and don't want any of them set to the defaults, and that I can't just click from one object to the next without having to close the window..
Alternative to 1: The ability to set the parameters BEFORE placing the object, and it will continue placing with those modified parameters until you click something to restore default setting or change them to something else.

I would also like to be able to adjust the starting deflection of items, eg having a steering hinge start at 45 degrees rather than straight.
