Hello. I discovered a bug when using timescale function. I made a video illustrating it. In the video only pistons are activated. As you can see, when timescale is low the outcome is significantly different. youtu.be/C4SWcnEhrfMP.S. I enjoed playing your game, I wish you success with finishing it.

Are you holding the hotkey for the springs for an equal amount of time, you will need to hold it longer for a slower time.

Yep, the problem was that I did not hold the key. However, there still some random depending how fast I will press the key after level start. I think it is because bombs are not still. They are a little bit lifted in the air and after the start they fall until they touch the holder. If I set timescale to low and press the key quickly, I can get different result.
