I love this game very much, and thus have put many hours into it. Over that time I have come up with a list of suggestions that I believe would improve the game. These are the ones I have not been able to find already posted.
1. A pre-setable maximum number of degrees of deformation with the steering hinges. This would be particularly useful for aircraft rudders, and would reduce the number of times you over correct. It would also prevent you from ripping your wheels off when your turning and concentrating on something else.
2. If there were a "return to default position when not pressed" option toggle-able within the perimeter tuning menu for the steering hinge. This would be useful for, again flying (when combined with 1), and driving. This is in all driving games and is very useful.
3. Instant replays. There would be nothing more satisfying than seeing arrows missing, sheep burning, and your payload delivering all in slow-motion (or fast motion) over and over and over. It would be awesome. (And hopefully this could be done in such a way to maintain the timescale control)
4. Hot keys to control the timescale. The current slider system is ok, but it can be hard to change on the fly. It would be nice to be able to control the timescale without needing to take my hand off my keyboard, away from the controls of my machine, to my mouse to change the timescale.
5. A window that pops up with a "count down to revert" timer when you change the resolution that asks you if you're sure. I changed the resolution and it was incompatible with my monitor and everything went black. I reinstalled the game countless times with no change. I finally got it working by changing my native resolution while the game was running. This was a massive headache that could have been avoided with a revert timer.
6. The "aerodynamic propeller" needs to rotate 90 degrees at a time, and have four positions a instead of only two. This would make it possible to counter the torque created by a turning propeller with another going the opposite direction. Quad copters would be possible.
