...and move them around WITH all the attached blocks to it. See KSP as a reference for that here.
It's kinda frustrating to have to delete 20+ Blocks and rebuild a whole section elsewhere because you need it a block further or so.

Absolutely! +1 from me!
A nice addition to this:
Make it possible...
... to define those parts as a group.
... copy and paste that group.
... to save that group as a seperate .bsg-file.
.. to load that group into a project you are working on (possibly even multiple times).
This way its easy to equip lets say a wheel base with the catapult used in another project. Or switch it with a little crane you also have :-)
