I pressed the space bar to start, it lags a little, then BOOM!! I don't know what's wrong but It previously wasn't doing this for my machine. I tried my other machines and they worked. I even took out the bomb from the machine and it still exploded when I pressed the space bar. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

It's doing the same thing to me, and even slowing the simulation down to 5% I still don't have enough time to see what's causing the explosion. It's almost like the whole machine is made of explosives.

If I remove a part another part comes back in it's place. Maybe it's that dubplicated parts bug that's been posted recently.
That would explain the instant explosion without visible impact.

Also when I play it @ 1% speed and press stop within a few seconds I get an explosion when returning to build mode. Very weird. Doesn't damage parts obviously, but it's a weird glitch.

If you change the .bsg file into a .txt file you will then be able to look at the contents and should be able to see if it's duplicated. Did the game crash when trying to save? Have you also tried starting it at 0 time scale? I'd test it mys of but I'm on mobile  |

its a dupe parts glitch, if you press "X" on any part it doesn't go away until you press it twice. The parts are colliding onto themselves and insta-exploding.

The game never crashed when I saved the machine. But Maaaaan, does this means I'll have to delete each part at least once for it to work again? Also how do I prevent this from happening again?

Alright, crashing was the cause of the previous non case for this. If you give me about 20 mins, I should be able to remove the duplicated information on the file. As to prevention... I'm not sure how to prevent it unless more cases of this is reported :/ |

But I know a little bit about a lot of little things, but with the exception of culinary arts, character development or the fine art of Munchkinism (ie, how to break a game be it video or tabletop) I bow before the skills of others. |

Sadly they only translate the first X parts to Dutch and now the compulsive part of me has to start buying them in English so it's possible to get a complete set -,-
