I think it would be a good idea to create a Support subforum for those things that do not fit within the Bug Reports subforum. People will complain about framerate and compatibility issues that aren't necessarily bugs, and being 100% sure where to ask about help is always nice!
Many other game forums do it this way.

Hmm, thats an interesting idea, Although i have some doubts whether there would be enough threads to justify separate section. We will definitely think about that though.
Also if anyone else think it is a good idea lets post here - this will help us assess desire for such section.

Rename "bug reports" to "tech support & bugs" instead - you can't really seperate it, and people would just make a mess posting in both.

As you can see, the BeamNG Drive forum has a similiar structure to yours with support and bug reports separated. Both of them are equally active. It might seem like a better idea if this forum was to increase in amount of users, but I can understand if it's not necessary right now.

I think it's important to keep "Bug Reports" as a main board, or link it to the front page somehow. Because while the game is still in Alpha, and once it enters Beta, bugs are bound to happen, a lot, so for new users of the forum, it's important that they can easily locate the correct board to post in, or they might give up on reporting whatever bug they found.

A help/support/newbie forum would be a very good idea.
