1. More Planets. This adds the potential for so many more interesting levels
2. New attackers such as a rogue which could be fast but easy to kill. This would add more variety
3. Expand the sandbox. This needs to be big so you can expand your creativity because thats what a sandbox is about
4.More destructive weapons such as a mine or aerial bomb to make flying more of a challenge. Why you may ask? BECAUSE EVERYONE LIKES EXPLOSIONS!!
5. AI. I think that there should be cannons that fire at you and other vehicles trying to kill you.
6. I think you should to be able to build custom levels to fit your purpose
7. Also maybe a suicide bomber thats kinda slow
