Not quite the War Machine, I must admit. Results guaranteed, though.
With the new patch came " Plow Blocks " and spinning block control.
When first seeing the plow, I thought to myself " Wow, something with a round shape that we can play with and that doesn't explode! ". Then I thought of ways of using them as they weren't meant to be used.
Then I saw " Spinning block control ". Hmmmmm.... Something that has a concave round shape... that spins very very fast... A Washing Machine of course!
So, I present to you :
The Washing Machine
Well, it does not "literally" wash farmers' dirty clothes but it gets rid of their... blood (all at once most of the time)?
Here it is with its loader (you need something to put laundry in it, right?)
Here is a close up of the washing machine itself.
The base of the machine is heavily weighed down to ensure a stable base for the crazy spinning action (it's like super super heavy and stable).
The way it spins is quite simple. Two spinning blocks put on one another both set to a certain speed (which doubles as a result of the stacking). I've managed to make that thing spin up to 1.30 x 1.30 (two 1.3 speed spin blocks). Further than that, it rips apart. As you may think, it has to be perfectly balanced in order to withstand such speeds.
Showing a video of the spinning action wouldn't be useful at it's spinning too fast, actually.
Here's a full " loading " process:
Poor lad is being pickced up by the loader (alive and kicking):
Same lad is positioned above the machine (still alive):
Well, he landed hard and lived short (oh, he ded):
The lad is pulled out of the machine the same way he went in (use him as fertilizer if you want):
I've also made a Horizontal Washing Machine:
But it's way less practical as you have no access to the "drum". It might need some more tweaking.

Here are the two files :
Washing Machine is the one with the loader
Washing Machine.bsg (23.47 KB)
Standard keys apply (L to hoist the grabber and V to release). To raise the front beam, use Z and R.
Here is the "horizontal" one (Washing Machine 3). This one can withstand a 2.0 spin. It might just need a few lucky start to spin without breaking but it can take it. (Try restarting the simulation (space bar) a few times until it starts without breaking.
Washing Machine 3.bsg (9.73 KB)
Enjoy
